1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 35 days of delivery for most eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- You must contact our support team at support@yohema.com before returning any item to receive return instructions.
- Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Yohema reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
- Yohema is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–12 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Refunds are issued for the actual amount paid, including any discounts applied at checkout. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us at support@yohema.com within 35 days of delivery.
- We will provide return instructions and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
- If you wish to exchange an item:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the item you want
7. Order Cancellations
To cancel an order:
- Contact us at support@yohema.com as soon as possible.
- If your order has not shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If your order has shipped, it must be returned using the regular return process.
8. Gift Cards and Discounted Items
- Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Discounted items (including sale items) are refundable based on the discounted price paid, not the original price.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If more than 12 business days have passed and you have not received your refund:
- Check with your bank or credit card provider.
