1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most eligible items.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags/labels attached.
- You must contact our support team at support@yohema.com before sending any return to receive instructions.
- Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
- Yohema reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
- Yohema is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item(s).
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 5–9 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Refunds cover the amount actually paid (including discounts). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact support@yohema.com within 30 days of delivery.
- We will provide instructions and arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
6. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Order Cancellations
- To cancel an order, contact us at support@yohema.com as soon as possible.
- If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If the order has already shipped, it must be returned using our standard return process.
8. Gift Cards & Discounted Items
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Discounted items (including sale items) are refundable, but only at the price paid, not the original price.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 9 business days:
- Check with your bank or credit card provider.
- If the issue persists, contact our support team at support@yohema.com for assistance.
