Ordering

1. How do I place an order?
Browse our website and select the product(s) you’d like to purchase. Choose the appropriate size and quantity, click “Add to Cart”, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping and payment information to complete your order.

2. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if your order has not yet shipped. Please contact us at support@yohema.com as soon as possible. Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they are shipped.

3. Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to:

  • Track your orders
  • View order history
  • Checkout faster in future purchases

Shipping

1. Where do you ship?
We ship from the United States to most countries worldwide.
Note: Some countries may be restricted due to shipping regulations.

2. How long does shipping take?

  • United States: 4–7 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days
    Delivery times may vary based on location, customs, and carrier delays.

3. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you created an account, you can also log in to view your order status.


Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?
You may return most eligible items within 35 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

2. How do I request a return?
Contact our support team at support@yohema.com to request a return authorization and instructions.

3. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–12 business days after we receive and inspect your return.


Cancellations

1. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel any order before it ships by contacting us at support@yohema.com.

2. Can I cancel part of an order?
Partial cancellations are not supported. To change items, cancel the entire order and place a new one with the updated selection.


Payments

1. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following:

2. Is my payment secure?
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment gateways to ensure your data is safe.

Note: Discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively applied to previous orders.
